Bandinfo:
Förtvivlan is a black/depressive rock band from Rotterdam.
Begun in 2007 under the name "Extermination when M started making music together with Rody and John, both Rody and John decided to quit the band during the recording of the "On Dying Grounds..." release.
After this first demo it was silent around the band until the split with other dutch band Mist was released, at that moment Extermination became Förtvivlan.
Around June 2010 it looked like the band was going to end, but afterall the spirit came back and M became inspired again.
Now Förtvivlan is releasing their self-titled demo through Zwaertgevegt.
